About the role
The Sales Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies and leads all activities related to sourcing, evaluation, and selection of talent for all sales roles in the organization. This role ensures hiring practices are applied consistently and in compliance with applicable employment legislation and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Builds diverse talent pools via social branding, social media platforms, advertisements, networking, and referrals.
- Develops external networks at all levels, sourcing qualified candidates for current and anticipated job openings.
- Utilizes multiple sources to create viable candidate pipelines.
- Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Uses social media, networking sites, job boards, and diverse talent communities to enhance sourcing efforts.
- Crowdsources potential candidates and assists with promoting hiring events.
- Partners with leaders to source and hire high-quality candidates for sales roles, including Account Managers, Account Representatives, Sales Managers, Business Development, and Automation Sales.
- Performs as a recruiter for key staff positions.
- Communicates effectively with managers and candidates at all stages, including facilitating employment offers and yielding acceptances.
- Understands the mission of business units and corporate departments, including their functions and people.
- Develops relationships with key vendors and external partners.
- Establishes processes and tools to evaluate application qualifications, capabilities, and experience effectively and consistently.
- Ensures a positive candidate experience through excellent customer service, leveraging technology, and seeking process improvements.
- Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset with tenacity, passion, ability to influence, and a high sense of urgency.
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Supports the company’s Affirmative Action Plan through effective outreach initiatives to strengthen minority, female, veteran, and disabled candidate pools.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in recruiting, staying abreast of best practices, trends, and emerging technologies; coaches managers throughout the selection process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced, and technical-based environment.
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of recruitment with experience in sourcing candidates through creative and alternate means.
- Demonstrated and applied knowledge of all employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruiting function.
- Passionate, gritty, fueled by winning, and enjoys building broad networks.
- Enthusiastic, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Periodic travel is required for job fairs and college recruitment campaigns throughout California.
Pay
Compensation Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
