Participate in internships with leading organizations, gaining hands-on experience and earning an educational stipend. Build business communication, networking, resume, and interview skills. Receive ongoing support and mentorship to prepare for career launch. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED Eligible to work in the U.S. Highly motivated to learn No Bachelor's degree required Availability Monday through Friday May need to complete screening questions Key Duties Attend training sessions and internships Develop professional and technical skills Network and prepare for employment or further education Participate in coaching and mentorship programs Successful graduates are employed or enrolled in higher education within four months, earning an average starting salary of $55,000 annually.
