Sales Support Training Program

Role Overview: The position involves providing intensive training and mentorship to young adults through a program that offers technical and professional skill development, internships, and job placement support. Responsibilities: Deliver classroom instruction in areas such as Customer Success, Data Analysis, Financial Operations, Business Operations, Banking, IT Support, and Application Development.Support participants in developing professional skills including communication, interviewing, networking, and resume building.Assist with internship placements at leading organizations and provide ongoing coaching and guidance to launch careers.Contribute to participant success by fostering motivation and career readiness. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree not obtained.Eligible to work in the U.S.Motivated to learn technical and professional skills.Availability during program hours.Ability to answer screening questions as part of application. Key Duties Conduct in-depth training sessions, support participant development, facilitate internship placements, and provide mentorship to help young adults transition into their careers.
