Sales Support Supervisor
About the role
We are seeking a Sales Support Supervisor to lead our Sales Support team and drive operational excellence across the sales organization. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales support, customer operations, or revenue operations professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career.
Responsibilities
People Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Support, Key Account Support, and CPQ professionals. Drive performance, accountability, employee development, and ongoing coaching through regular feedback and 1-on-1s. Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
Quoting & Operational Excellence: Oversee quote preparation and review. Manage and enhance sales support processes, reporting, and tools, including Salesforce, Qvidian, and CPQ platforms. Monitor key operational metrics, service levels, and workflow efficiency while driving continuous process improvements.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Training: Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Legal to support efficient deal execution and resolve operational challenges. Lead onboarding and training initiatives while driving adoption of sales support processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales support, customer operations, revenue operations, quoting, order management, or a related B2B environment. Demonstrated leadership experience through supervision, mentoring, training, project leadership, or cross-functional ownership.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
Tools: Experience with CRM, quoting, proposal, or CPQ platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Hybrid schedule: Monday & Friday remote; Tuesday–Thursday in-office at our Rosemont, IL office.

Competitive salary range: $70,500 - $100,300 annually.
