Job Summary

Works with clients in identifying their needs and problems in order to promote appropriate company products and services.

General Accountabilities

  • Manages and grows existing accounts
  • Sells additional services to clients
  • Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services
  • Handles queries about company products and services
  • Buils up detailed knowledge about the company's products
  • Plans for and attends trade shows to establish new business
  • Provides customer service to business partners
  • Edits business partners and end users on company products and services
  • Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners
  • Mets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
  • Presents, promotes and sells services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Inputs and processes transaction information from start to finish
  • Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coodinates sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential, tracks sales and status reports
  • Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improves through feedback

Job Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a professional work environment

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Compensation

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
