Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales funnel reporting and forecasting reports for Leadership.
  • Support new contract and contract renewal administration, ensuring proper documentation, tracking and follow-up.
  • Aid in process mapping across the organization to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and support scalable sales processes that enhance team productivity, accountability, and reporting accuracy.
  • Analyze sales activity, client data, and account trends to identify new growth opportunities within current client relationships.
  • Identify and implement process improvements using HubSpot functionality, including automation, workflows, and tools.
  • Help document and standardize CRM processes for consistent use across the sales team.
  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality through ongoing data hygiene processes.
  • Create, update, and manage reports/dashboards for sales activity, pipeline visibility, and performance metrics.
  • Support Marketing initiatives through HubSpot integrations, campaign tracking, lead flow management, and sales/marketing alignment.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and administrative support to Sales Leadership as needed.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in sales support, sales operations, CRM administrator, marketing operations, or related experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot strongly preferred; experience with similar CRM platforms may also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear insights, recommendations, and process improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field is required, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
