Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer questions in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy.
- Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, provide updates, and confirm next steps with customers.
- Aid customers with service-related concerns, account questions, and general inquiries while delivering a positive experience.
- Enter customer information, service details, and updates into internal records with a high level of accuracy.
- Draft and respond to email communications clearly and promptly to support customer needs and issue resolution.
- Cook up and schedule appointments or service interactions based on customer requests and business needs.
- Process order-related information and complete administrative tasks required to support daily customer service operations.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain documentation, track activity, and support reporting needs.
