About the role

Master Electronics, a global leader in electronic component distribution, is seeking a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to join their team in Ronkonkoma, NY. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that supports innovation across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Support sales operations and office workflows to enhance efficiency and customer service
• Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to improve organizational and process efficiency
• Deliver accurate and detailed work with consistent follow-through to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
• Respond effectively to time-sensitive situations with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Solve problems creatively using sound business judgment to support team goals and operational needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external partners
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, organization, and quality
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships across departments and levels to support business success

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An associate degree or 2+ years of relevant office or sales support experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, with excellent attention to detail and task management
