Sales Support Specialist
About the role
The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Insurance pre-sale process and helping the Sales & Distribution team achieve strategic priorities, initiatives, and sales goals. This role focuses on various aspects of the life insurance sales process, including product information, case design, illustrations, communications, the new business and underwriting process, and tools/resources.
Responsibilities
- Gain life insurance knowledge and technical expertise.
- Support the Insurance pre-sale process.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Distribution team to achieve strategic goals.
- Provide product information, case design, and illustrations.
- Engage in outbound/inbound communications related to the new business and underwriting process.
- Utilize various tools and resources to assist in the sales process.

Qualifications
- FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63, and State Insurance Licenses, preferred.
- Must acquire these licenses within 4 months of hire.
- Must pass at least one FINRA exam within the first 10 weeks of hire.

Pay
The salary range is expected to be between $61,875.00 USD - $103,125.00 USD. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule is offered.
