Sales Support Specialist
Position Purpose
The Building Intelligence Sales Support Specialist assists Sales Engineers and Controls Service Account Managers and communicates with internal/external sales personnel, operations team, estimators, customers, and suppliers to support the sales process. This position will work to coordinate sales activities and help the Sales Team function more efficiently and effectively by conducting proposals and estimates for service, managing quotas/agreements, and working with Energy/Analytics to support them and customers with our Impact-Driven Service.
Pay Range
$19.50 - $25.00 per hr. plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate estimates and proposals in Studio360 for Service
- Manage several agreements and stay up to date expiration on dates and any additions, while also finding solutions to issues in documentation, booking sheets, labor plans, etc.
- Track data that includes vendor quotas, sales, and salesperson quotas.
- Process sales orders and manage customer accounts.
- Respond to customers' concerns and questions and provide information on product/service information and any outstanding billings.
- Communicate with Marketing to ensure the adequacy of sale-related materials and promotional plans.
- Manage communications (email and phone calls) and route new/existing opportunities to appropriate salespeople.
- Produce sales reports and maintain sales databases.
- Aid in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
- Absorb and respond to customer inquiries during the bidding and booking process.
- Act as a liaison between customers and LONG's operation team for fulfillment of Service contracts and Impact-Driven Service Agreements.
Qualifications
- 2-year business school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft applications.
- Complete thorough and detailed work with accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to make decisions, dispose of problems, and complete thoroughly detailed work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience working with commercial construction administration
Physical Requirements
This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
