About the role
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales activities, and support the sales team in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance
- Support sales teams by preparing presentations and other materials as needed
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
