About the role
Sales Account Associates support our customers through seamless safety equipment ordering and safety program management. They process orders, communicate with customers, improve customer service, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies.
Responsibilities
- Order processing
- Customer communication
- Improving customer service
- Identifying opportunities for customer growth
- Strategy development
- Problem-solving and issue resolution
- Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients
- Becoming an expert in GME Supply’s product offering
- Fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Providing consistent and actionable feedback to Senior Account Managers
- Undertaking additional duties as necessary
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Experience in sales support or customer service
- Competency with software and computers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales support or customer service preferred
- Computer literacy and proficiency with relevant software

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
