Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team in executing daily sales and account support activities.
• Aid in gathering market information and customer insights to identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare and organize basic sales materials such as presentations, quotations, and proposal drafts.
• Track and update RFQs, sales opportunities, and customer information within internal systems or trackers.
• Cope with internal communication between sales, operations, and pricing teams.
• Assist in preparing and following up on client meetings, including meeting notes and action items.
• Review and document basic commercial documents to ensure all necessary information is included.
• Maintain and organize sales records, contracts, and operational documentation.
• Provide coordination support for ongoing customer projects and service requests.
• Assist senior team members during client visits, industry events, and other business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, sales support, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Minimum 10% domestic business travel is required.
• Bilingual in English and Korean (required).

Pay

The base salary range for this role is between $55,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
