About the role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely product information to customers
- Support the sales process by coordinating with internal teams and managing customer expectations
- Manage customer complaints and escalations
- Update customer records and maintain accurate customer information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Schedule
This role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
