Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Cook up the entire order process from time of order through delivery and shipping
• Collaborate closely with HosePower field representatives and customers to keep the conversation flowing
• Quickly and efficiently resolve customer service complaints and claims
• Understand and explain product requirements to customers
• Fill orders and communicate expected delivery dates
• Check customers' buying history and suggest related and new items
• Answer phones and address inquiries

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial sales setting preferred
• Excellent telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills required
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn various computer systems, especially Microsoft suite experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and respond to customers promptly
• Mastery of mathematical computation skills
• Team player, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual
