Responsibilities
- Cook up the entire order process from time of order through delivery and shipping
- Collaborate closely with HosePower field representatives and customers to keep the conversation flowing
- Quickly and efficiently resolve customer service complaints and claims
- Understand and explain product requirements to customers
- Fill orders and communicate expected delivery dates
- Check customers' buying history and suggest related and new items
- Answer phones and address inquiries
- Experience in an industrial sales setting preferred
- Excellent telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn various computer systems, especially Microsoft suite experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and respond to customers promptly
- Mastery of mathematical computation skills
- Team player, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual
