About the role

As a Sales Support Associate, you will support both the back of house and front of house operational functions. Back of house includes unpacking/packing shipments, organizing the stock room, answering phones, and understanding and executing operational policies/procedures. Front of house involves flexing between greeter, runner, cashier, phone answering, and whatever else the store requires. Your role is to support an efficient product flow and a best-in-class customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Operations Supervisor and Store Management to ensure positive brand representation through product, store maintenance, and customer service.
  • Aid in inventory and stock management, maximizing storage and capacity in all product and supply categories.
  • Investigate and rectify inventory discrepancies to contribute to achieving low inventory shrink and high inventory accuracy.
  • Support the sales team in providing exemplary customer service by assisting with POS, customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations processes.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of BOH/FOH IT systems, including POS transactions.
  • Meet store and metric goals while consistently acting within rag & bone's core values.
  • Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best-in-class customer service and maintaining a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere.

Requirements

  • The Sales Support role is part-time and requires 24-30 hours per week. A minimum of 3-day availability is necessary.
