Sales Support Job Training Program

About the role

Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program designed for young adults. It offers:

• In-classroom skill development
• Access to internships and/or job placement services
• Personalized coaching and mentorship
• An educational stipend

Responsibilities

Participants will:

• Receive technical and professional training
• Gain access to internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement
• Work at internships at leading organizations such as Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase in the Detroit area

Requirements

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree

Benefits

During the internship phase, Year Up United students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.

Pay

Employed graduates of Year Up United earn an average starting salary of $55,000 per year.

The program runs for a full year or less, with intensive classroom sessions and opportunities for internships and job placement support.
