Looking for a cool job in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team representing the industry leader in HVAC equipment? The ultimate goal of this role is to serve as a liaison between the company and its customers regarding product availability, delivery coordination, order entry, order status, and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Act as branch point of contact for key accounts
- Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking, including e-commerce and direct customer orders
- Ensure timely deliveries and jobsite logistics; proactively communicate any delays when necessary
- Facilitate accurate job quotes, purchase order management, credit rebills, and Scope of Work (SOR) documentation
- Provide product information, assist customers with product selection, and offer after-sales support
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and text
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center, or Customer Service experience; or Associate’s Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center, or Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to problem solve, be detail-oriented, and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
- English/Spanish bilingual (a plus, but not required)
