Sales Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up and send over service agreements and contract documents in concert with Legal and Sales leadership.
• Inspect contract terms and spot discrepancies regarding billing rates, auto-renewal stipulations, indemnification clauses, and compliance necessities.
• Push for approvals from internal players (Housing, Sales Leadership, Account Management, Contracts) to get contracts off the ground.
• Keep track of accurate contract records, extensions, and modifications inside internal systems and CRM platforms.
• Check and confirm data accuracy standards (98-100%) across contract and placement records.
• Pass along client-facing docs (like client letters, agreements) and keep an eye on data accuracy.
• Partner with Sales teams to help track the pipeline, document activities, and ensure reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications (Basic Requirements)

• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience supporting a sales team, recruiting operations, or contract administration.
• Experience working with contracts, agreements, or compliance documentation.
• Experience using CRM systems or internal tracking tools for data entry and record management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare staffing, MSP (Managed Services Programs), or workforce solutions environments.
• Experience collaborating with legal teams on contract review or execution processes.
• Experience supporting sales operations, account management, or business development teams.
• Familiarity with contract compliance standards and risk mitigation processes.

Pay

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.50 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.
