Sales Support, Clinical Specialist - Peripheral Image Guided Therapy Devices (Tampa, FL)

About the role

Supports Territory Manager(s) and the Regional Sales Manager with sales activities that include procedure coverage, uncovering new opportunities for IGTD product penetration into assigned territory, and maintaining existing customers.

Builds solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory, operating room personnel and business office staff, training/education, research, and supporting equipment and software.

Interfaces with Marketing, R&D and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.

Provides ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials and registries.

Responsibilities

• Supports Territory Manager(s) and the Regional Sales Manager with sales activities that include procedure coverage, uncovering new opportunities for IGTD product penetration into assigned territory, and maintaining existing customers.
• Builds solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory, operating room personnel and business office staff, training/education, research, and supporting equipment and software.
• Interfaces with Marketing, R&D and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
• Provides ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials and registries.

Requirements

• Acquired 3+ years direct experience in a hospital setting.
• Skills include a license as a Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist (CRT), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), or Registered Nurse (RN) or CVIS, RCIS.
• A High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
• Strong training and motivational skills.

Pay

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $121,750 to $174,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Schedule

This role is a field role. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
