Sales Support Associate
About the role

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify potential leads
- Engage with potential leads and existing customers via phone and email
- Aid in quotes and proposals
- Aid customers in understanding product features and benefits
- Handle basic shipping and receiving tasks
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Motivated and a willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable in dealing with customers over the phone
- Basic technical aptitude and a willingness to acquire technical knowledge
- Communication skills, both written and oral
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (basic proficiency test required)
