Sales Support Analyst

Description

The Sales Support Analyst supports the strategic growth initiatives and Sales team for the Florida Area. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the CRM (Salesforce.com) superuser
• Serving as the Deal Desk leader
• Supporting the Sales team with onboarding, customer issues, and AR payments
• Acting as the liaison with Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, Design, & Finance to understand and sell open machine capacity, innovation, and value-added services

Requirements

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years business-to-business (B2B) Sales experience (Manufacturing/service industry preferred)
• 5+ years of related experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Support functions
• Ability to drive results by influencing others within different functions
• Ability to engage successfully with internal & external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
• Demonstrated sales competence and financial acumen
