About the Department
The Sales Support team is the engine that keeps the trade lifecycle running seamlessly once execution is complete. As the critical link between the trading desk, clients, and internal teams, you'll take ownership of everything that happens post-trade — ensuring trades are confirmed, booked, and settled flawlessly, proactively resolving discrepancies before they become issues, and delivering the accuracy and responsiveness our clients count on.
Responsibilities
- Support the Global Markets Sales desk who service clients with execution of REPO and Rates Derivatives
- Close constant interaction with the sales and trading desks to review, confirm, and facilitate high pressure trade flows
- Provide day-to-day support in trade bookings and contacts with clients for trade confirmations, resolving trade discrepancies, settlement of trades, etc.
- Liaise with internal counterparts such as the trade support, collateral team, settlements and other teams to ensure required steps are taken for post trade execution

Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience within financial services preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Motivated, diligent learner that is able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel and ability to quickly learn internal & industry applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Interest in General Financial Markets

Pay
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70K and $80K/year. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave).
