Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual store sales goals
- Lead the sales floor to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Contribute to a technology-driven in-store experience that surprises and delights customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and engaging with customers
- Ensure accurate inventory management and track metrics for BOH fulfillment, mis-pulls, cycle counts, and overall inventory accuracy
- Participate in loss prevention initiatives and set expectations for team members
- Maintain efficient store operations and provide real-time feedback to leadership
- Support merchandising and present concepts, leading and training staff as needed
- Provide ongoing feedback on sales, product, and allocation to in-store leadership
- Uphold and model company policies and procedures
- Onboard new hires and provide in-the-moment coaching to improve associate performance
- Contribute to and lead training and customer experience programs
- Create a professional, healthy, and productive work environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
- Experience working in a sales or retail organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
- Driven and proactive approach to taking on new challenges
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a dedication to supporting the team

Pay
The wage for this part-time position is $22-$28 per hour.
Schedule
Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, up to 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
