About the role
As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll help lead and execute efforts to achieve individual store goals. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding Reformation’s sustainability values.
Schedule
- Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours
- Daily open availability across a full 7-day work week
- Flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Lead by example to generate clientele and maximize customer retention through engagement and relationship-building
- Maintain a customer-first mindset to build loyal relationships and deliver an excellent in-store experience
- Contribute to a technology-led in-store experience that surprises and delights customers
- Maintain high customer experience feedback scores (NPS)
- Act as a brand ambassador—embody brand values and engage customers in sustainability conversations
- Uphold inventory accuracy through cycle counts and oversee inbound/outbound inventory
- Track metrics for back-of-house fulfillment, mis-pulls, cycle counts, and overall inventory accuracy; take action as needed
- Support loss prevention efforts, set expectations, and train staff alongside leadership
- Maintain seamless store operational procedures and weekly workflows
- Support merchandising presentation strategy and train staff on concept standards
- Provide real-time and weekly feedback on sales, product, and allocation based on sell-through and customer insights
- Uphold and model all policies and procedures
- Motivate and support sales associates to drive performance
- Onboard new hires and provide in-the-moment coaching to improve existing associates’ performance
- Lead training and customer experience programs
- Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
- Experience in a sales-driven, retail, or operationally intensive business
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities
- Self-motivated with a driven approach to new challenges
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for people
- Effective problem-solver with keen attention to detail
- Positive attitude—no task is too small or too large
Pay
The anticipated base hourly range is $22 – $28 per hour, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Compensation decisions may vary based on individual circumstances and business needs.
