Position Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
- Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
- Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
- Aid sales account managers in setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up, and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
- Perform other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education And Experience
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related experience or 2+ years internal Account Manager experience
