Sales Supervisor - Montgomery Mall

About the role

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional experiences for our customers. In this role, you will contribute to the success of our business through face-to-face customer interactions, share Warby Parker’s story and mission, and participate in process improvement and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers
• Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
• Develop innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience
• Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
• Open and close the store
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect

Requirements

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
• Ability to remain cool under pressure and adapt quickly
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving skills
• Curious, eager to learn, and passionate about helping customers and teammates
• Innovative and self-motivated to be a top performer
• Able to bring positive energy to the workplace, even during long hours
• Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Warby Parker complies with local and state pay transparency requirements. Compensation includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. Final compensation is determined by qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
