Sales Supervisor - Full Time
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: About Rag & Bone (company description) maybe not exactly "About the role". There's a "Job Summary". Could treat as About the role? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections: About the role (maybe using Job Summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list). Benefits (list). Pay (they mention hourly rate based on experience, commissions, incentive programs). Schedule (they mention ability to work 32-40 hours a week with flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays). Qualifications maybe not separate; we could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to only include sections with real content. We have content for About the role (Job Summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list). Benefits (list). Pay (some content). Schedule (some content). Qualifications maybe not distinct; we could omit. Skills maybe not explicit; we could omit.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodations, physical demands, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove "Rules we live by | Rules you live by ..." maybe that's values but could be considered part of About? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's values; but we might keep as part of About? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Rules we live by ..." is not EEO but could be considered values; but it's not a standard heading; we could keep as part of About the role? However it's not directly about the role; but it's substantive? Might be considered part of company culture; but we can keep as part of About the role? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that content if it's substantive. However it's not under a heading; we could include it in a paragraph under About the role or maybe as a separate section like "Company Values". But we only allowed headings from list; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is Sales Supervisor; we shouldn't put that as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's extract content:
About Rag & Bone: paragraph about origins, beliefs, etc. Also "An inclusive environment at rag & bone upholds our original values by encouraging employee connection and empowering each individual to have a voice on policy, process and collaboration for a more equitable future." That's substantive.
Job Summary: The Sales Supervisor plays a key role... etc.
We can combine About Rag & Bone and Job Summary into About the role section? Might be better to have About the role includes both company overview and job summary. But we need to preserve all info; we can put two paragraphs.
Responsibilities: list items as given. Need to convert each line into
About the role
. That's fine. Now ensure we remove EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines like the physical demands repeated twice. Remove those. Also remove "Rules we live by | Rules you live by ..." maybe we can incorporate into About the role as a paragraph about values? It's basically values list. Could be considered part of company culture; we could keep as a paragraph under About the role. However it's not explicitly about the role but it's substantive. I'd include it as a paragraph after company overview. Let's extract that section: "Rules we live by | Rules you live by Be a Good Human | Be original, be authentic. Stand for diversity, equitability & inclusivity Have No Fear | Innovate and solve problems Own Every Decision | Work together and get results Quality Matters | Not only with product, but we see it in our people Make Shit Happen | Be disciplined, be competitive". This is a set of values. We'll keep as a paragraph. Now produce HTML:About the role
From our origins in New York in 2002, rag & bone was founded on a belief of uncompromising ideals: a commitment to doing things the right way, not the easy way. To making things that are as original as they are timeless. To being true to ourselves, even when that truth sets us apart from the mainstream. We still believe in the same principles we started with the easy elegance of classic British tailoring, the authenticity of American workwear, and the originality of our home city, New York. As New Yorkers, community and authenticity have become synonymous with our brand. An inclusive environment at rag & bone upholds our original values by encouraging employee connection and empowering each individual to have a voice on policy, process and collaboration for a more equitable future.
Be a Good Human | Be original, be authentic. Stand for diversity, equitability & inclusivity. Have No Fear | Innovate and solve problems. Own Every Decision | Work together and get results. Quality Matters | Not only with product, but we see it in our people. Make Shit Happen | Be disciplined, be competitive.
