Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Inspectors to achieve branch sales goals
- Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching to improve inspection quality, customer experience, and close rates
- Support pipeline management: lead assignment, follow-up expectations, and activity tracking
- Monitor performance metrics, deliver feedback, and run team huddles to keep goals and standards clear
- Partner with branch leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and training to build and retain top sales talent
- Ensure your team represents Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity every step of the way
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in outside/field sales required; previous coaching or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. during ride-alongs/field support as needed
- Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., during ride-alongs and field coaching as needed
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator, as needed
