Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Excellence: Actively engage in selling products, understanding customer needs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Team Support: Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in managing the store team, including helping with training and development.
  • Operational Assistance: Assist in daily store operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing customer questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Help manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and ensuring product availability.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and product displays.
  • Performance Tracking: Help monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership potential with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management.
  • High school diploma required; some college or retail management training preferred.
