Sales Supervisor, A|X Armani Exchange
About the role
As a Sales Supervisor within Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will inspire and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team. You will align the team on driving sales, delivering an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring efficient store operations. Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury retail business will shape both client and associate experiences. This role is for a new A|X Armani Exchange men's boutique opening in Macy's Buford, Georgia, with an estimated start date of May 18, 2026.
You will provide input on client relationship strategies, drive excellence in client experiences through daily presence on the sales floor, and deliver in-the-moment coaching to associates. You will help shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates, drive revenue, and ensure effective communication across the team.
Success in this role requires leading by example with integrity, collaboration, intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, adaptability to ambiguity and change, and a results-oriented mindset. As part of the management team, you will also drive sales personally and through your team.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate a diverse leadership and sales team to align on sales goals and client experience.
- Drive sales and operational efficiency in the store.

Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor with a focus on results and teamwork.
- College or post-secondary degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Experience with retail systems and office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other languages is a strong asset.
Pay
$18.00 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission benefit plan depending on the brand.
