Sales Stylist (Part-Time) - Madison

Responsibilities

• Driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service
• Maintaining an Average Transaction Value (ATV) of $170 and 2.0 Units Per Transaction (UPT)
• Building, nurturing, and maintaining client relationships
• Aiding customers at the register with friendliness and efficiency
• Maintaining store visual standards by straightening merchandise, cleaning, and supporting floor and fixture changes
• Restocking product and keeping the sales floor neat, organized, and shoppable
• Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of Jaxen Grey’s product assortment to provide expert recommendations
• Promoting and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment and reflecting Jaxen Grey’s culture

• The ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• The physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexible scheduling — ranging from as few as 8 hours per week up to 30 hours per week
• Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability required (not every holiday, but coverage for certain holiday shifts is expected)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of men's fashion and grooming trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay range for this role is: 17.15 - 17.15 USD per hour (Madison)

Schedule

Flexible scheduling — ranging from as few as 8 hours per week up to 30 hours per week
