Sales Stylist (Part-Time) - Des Moines

About The Role

As a Part-Time Sales Stylist at Jaxen Grey’s Jordan Creek store, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and inspiring retail environment. You’ll help bring our brand to life by engaging with customers, providing personalized styling, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.

• Driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service
• Maintaining an Average Transaction Value (ATV) of $220 and 2.0 Units Per Transaction (UPT)
• Building, nurturing, and maintaining client relationships
• Aiding customers at the register with friendliness and efficiency
• Maintaining store visual standards by straightening merchandise, cleaning, and supporting floor and fixture changes
• Re-stocking product and keeping the sales floor neat, organized, and shoppable
• Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of Jaxen Grey’s product assortment to provide expert recommendations
• Promoting and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment and reflecting Jaxen Grey’s culture

Schedule & Availability

Schedule is flexible — ranging from as few as 8 hours per week up to 30 hours per week. Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability required (not every holiday, but coverage for certain holiday shifts is expected).
