Sales Strategy & Planning Year-Round Intern
Job Description Summary
The Strategy & Planning Intern supports the CS&E Team with sales activation activities, executing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and helping the team achieve business goals. Responsibilities include maintaining internal reports using Microsoft Office applications, Power BI, and other internal systems; scheduling and coordinating meetings, samples, and product cuttings; and assisting with any other project needs or ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Education: Incoming Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or MBA with at least one year of school remaining required. Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Animal Science majors preferred.
- Experience: Previous work experience preferred.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Outlook, and basic understanding of internet.
- Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Special Skills: Motivated self-starter with the desire to learn from others; ability to work independently or as part of a team; strong problem-solving skills; time management and multi-tasking abilities; and strong interpersonal skills.
Location
Must live within 60 miles of the facility.
Position-Specific Requirements
- This is a year-round internship where the selected candidate is expected to work in person full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer and in person part time (20 hours per week) during the school year.
- The position is located at our Springdale, Arkansas World Headquarters.
