About the Role
As a Sales Strategy and Operations Director, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer sales and service strategies. You will analyze customer engagement processes, develop sales and service strategies, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their sales effectiveness, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, make impactful decisions, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will translate the vision, set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders within our Customer Consulting practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of customer-centric sales and service strategies to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze customer engagement processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Guide teams in the implementation of sales operations and customer service excellence initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business transformation and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the development of innovative solutions and strategies to address client needs and market gaps.
- Promote the use of advanced technologies to create an environment where people and technology thrive together.
- Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining executive-level client relations.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and inspire others to follow.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 9 years of experience.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
