About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Visual Communications Specialist to join our team! This is not just a desk job; it's a project management role where you turn ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
• Project Management: Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals and follow-ups.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our production team and management to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Signage, marketing, Graphic Design, or a related print/visual communications field.
• Technical Skills: Ability to view a computer screen and sit for long periods, also perform site visits, attend to meetings.
• Soft Skills: Outgoing personality with the ability to handle high-volume work under pressure.
• Project Management: Proficiency in moving a project from estimate to final work order.
• Consultative Selling: Ability to recommend products based on Brand Standards.
