Sales Specialist - Men's Health Supplements

About the role

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we're on a mission to help men live longer, stronger, and more energized lives through supplements that actually deliver. However, many men struggle to get the most out of their purchases due to lack of guidance. As a Protocol Review Specialist, you bridge this gap, turning a purchase into a transformation.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for our men's health client, a company built for health-conscious men, by health-conscious men, with over a million happy customers and growing.
• Work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming their prospects into brand loyalists.
• Work closely with our dedicated leaders, leveraging our top-notch training resources to master the art of selling and representing Tribe's ethos.
• Earn unlimited earning potential without a cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.

What's In It For You

• Earnings: This is an hourly pay + commission role. All US sales reps earn minimum wage (this is permanent, not a draw against commission) in addition to sales commissions, based on your monthly sales. On-target-earnings are estimated between $55,000 - $100K your first year.

Qualifications

• Hightly-driven self-starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or genuine passion around men's health, fitness, or performance nutrition.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication and a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Dedicated internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.
