About the role
This position plays a key role in driving sales initiatives within the company. The Sales Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential new clients through market research and networking.
- Present products and services to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Manage client accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Monitor sales trends and report findings to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
