Sales Specialist, Construction

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive new business and expansion within Construction, Architecture, Engineering, and Owner accounts in the South and Central Florida territory, including Tampa and Miami. This is a quota-carrying, field-based sales position with compensation structured as a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Create new business by prospecting into and expanding existing accounts.
• Manage renewals with a focus on account expansion.
• Build, maintain, and grow a healthy opportunity pipeline using structured activity and call planning.
• Document and follow up in the sales system, moving opportunities through proper stages to closed/won.
• Translate customer challenges into unique value propositions and extract required capabilities and business outcomes.
• Manage accounts through the entire sales process, including post-sale coordination for customer success.
• Conduct in-person business development, prospecting, and contract negotiations at customer locations.
• Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
• Collaborate with channel partners to increase new revenue and expand current customers.
• Negotiate deals and contracts at all levels, including executive and C-level.
• Act as a trusted adviser, identifying win-win opportunities for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within the assigned territory.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Previous SaaS sales experience preferred.

Pay

For U.S.-based sales roles, the starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is $113,400 to $203,280, comprised of base salary plus commission. Offers are based on experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. Additional compensation may include annual cash bonuses, commissions, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
