Sales Specialist, Construction
Remote position covering the DFW and North Texas territory, focused on driving new and expansion business within Construction, Architecture, Engineering, and Owner accounts to meet or exceed financial and business objectives. This is a quota-carrying role with compensation structured as base salary plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Create new business by prospecting into and expanding existing accounts
- Manage renewals with a focus on expansion opportunities
- Build, maintain, and grow a healthy sales pipeline using structured activity and call planning
- Document and track opportunities in the sales system, moving deals through stages to closure
- Translate customer challenges into tailored solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Manage accounts through the full sales cycle, including post-sale customer success coordination
- Conduct in-person field sales at customer locations for business development, prospecting, negotiations, and post-sales support
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive new revenue and expand existing customer relationships
- Negotiate deals and contracts at all levels, including executive and C-level engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying mutually beneficial opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Up to 30% travel within the assigned territory
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience
- Previous SaaS sales experience preferred

Pay
For U.S.-based sales roles, starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $113,400 to $203,280, consisting of base salary plus commission target. Offers vary based on candidate experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. Additional compensation may include annual cash bonuses, commissions, stock grants, and a full benefits package.
