Essential Functions
- Ensures safety of self and others by following all Safety Policies/Procedures and wearing all required PPE.
- Must be able to work independently with Microsoft Excel at a high level.
- Prepare quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for customers.
- Contact the customers regularly and distribute the information internally.
- Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
- Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.
- Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
- Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
- Attend supplier training as necessary with customers to maintain positive customer relations and compliance.
- Analyze complex technical information and data to provide accurate and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately manage data in various formats for internal analysis and customer submissions.
- Work independently to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders within a team.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar field of study or equivalent work experience or training.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel.
- Must be willing to pass an Excel test if provided to prove experience level.
- Ability to work on-site in an open office environment. Manufacturing experience is preferred, especially automotive.
