Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
Qualifications for the role
- Educational & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not necessary) with 3+ years of relevant experience, particularly in the electrical industry and with ABB products.
- Customer & Sales Expertise: Proven ability to work with OEM customers and channel partners, manage complex contract negotiations, and respond quickly to customer needs.
- Tech & Analytical Skills: Strong in technical applications, proposal development, and use of analytical software and sales tools; Six Sigma or equivalent quality training preferred.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience leading discussions and building strong customer relationships.
