Responsibilities
- Train and coach team members, helping them grow into confident, knowledgeable sales professionals
- Monitor sales transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service
- Lead by example by actively supporting the sales floor during peak hours
- Handle cash management responsibilities, returns, and register closings with precision
- Create and manage daily break schedules to ensure seamless shift coverage
- Delegate tasks, motivate your team, and foster a positive, accountable shift culture
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least one year of cannabis retail leadership experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment

The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, detail-oriented with solid organizational and problem-solving skills, experienced in cannabis retail leadership, confident in guiding, training, and motivating team members, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience every shift.
