Sales & Service Representative (Bank Teller)

About the Role

Join our branch team as a Sales and Service Representative and make a difference by processing transactions and customer service requests. You’ll facilitate customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources while supporting the sales efforts of the branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities
• Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs; take prompt action to address them
• Proactively optimize performance through coaching, bank initiatives, and tools
• Comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures to manage risk in customer interactions and transactions
• Complete required training by established deadlines
• Perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency in deposit-taking roles

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Proven customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience
• Financial literacy
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services
• Attention to detail
