What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Sales Representatives and Route Managers
- Manage and grow a district through strong customer relationships and account retention
- Conduct customer audits, identify opportunities, and resolve service issues
- Train and onboard new Route Drivers/Customer Sales Representatives
- Drive performance through goal setting, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all customer accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- 2+ years of leadership experience (training, coaching, employee relations)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Growth-oriented mindset with strong career ambition
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Military experience is highly valued
