Sales & Service in Custom Framing

About the role

Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art. Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in crafting memorable framing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Coach and develop the team to sell effectively.
• Plan and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time, collaborating with the Store Manager.
• Achieve and manage team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Manage and execute inventory management processes as assigned.
• Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Support with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training of new Team members; participate in Talent Development and Performance Management activities.
• Collaborate with MOD’s daily on framing and other tasks.
• Interact positively with others, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude, promoting organizational vision and values, and serving as a role model.
• Participate in truck un-loading and stocking processes to ensure compliance with standards and budget.
• Follow SOPs and company programs, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Engage with customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes.

Requirements

Basic computer skills. Previous custom framing experience preferred. Retail management experience and previous leadership experience with a sales team are preferred.

Qualifications

Ability to move throughout the store, stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of standard framing techniques and materials.

Pay

Total Base Pay Range: $16.75 - $22.60

Schedule

Nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required.
