About the Role

The Sales & Service CRM Associate supports Stock Yards Bank & Trust’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform by assisting with daily system maintenance, data quality, user support, reporting, and workflow administration. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy communicator who can collaborate across departments and support CRM-driven initiatives that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first-line support for CRM users, assist in managing user accounts, permission settings, and role assignments to maintain appropriate access controls.
  • Help monitor system performance and identify basic issues for escalation.
  • Perform routine data quality checks (database maintenance).
  • Assist with daily/weekly tasks relating to Retail’s on-boarding.
  • Provide light training for new CRM users; participate in CRM enhancement projects, user testing cycles, and system updates.
  • Assist the CRM Manager in documenting existing processes and user guides.
  • Take meeting notes and track action items.
  • Assist the Sales & Service department with other projects as needed.
  • Supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of the Bank.
  • Complies with all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Supports functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with databases, customer records, or data-entry systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting end users, providing basic system support, or troubleshooting technical issues preferred.
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred, but not required.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily sedentary work performed in an office environment.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with clients, team members, and vendors via phone, video, and in person.
  • Visual acuity sufficient to read computer screens, printed documents, and financial data.
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10–15 pounds occasionally (e.g., files, office supplies).
  • Some travel required to branches and event locations.

Schedule

40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
