About the Role
The Sales & Service CRM Associate supports Stock Yards Bank & Trust’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform by assisting with daily system maintenance, data quality, user support, reporting, and workflow administration. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy communicator who can collaborate across departments and support CRM-driven initiatives that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Act as first-line support for CRM users, assist in managing user accounts, permission settings, and role assignments to maintain appropriate access controls.
- Help monitor system performance and identify basic issues for escalation.
- Perform routine data quality checks (database maintenance).
- Assist with daily/weekly tasks relating to Retail’s on-boarding.
- Provide light training for new CRM users; participate in CRM enhancement projects, user testing cycles, and system updates.
- Assist the CRM Manager in documenting existing processes and user guides.
- Take meeting notes and track action items.
- Assist the Sales & Service department with other projects as needed.
- Supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of the Bank.
- Complies with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Supports functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with databases, customer records, or data-entry systems preferred.
- Experience supporting end users, providing basic system support, or troubleshooting technical issues preferred.
- Banking or financial services experience preferred, but not required.

Working Conditions
- Primarily sedentary work performed in an office environment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with clients, team members, and vendors via phone, video, and in person.
- Visual acuity sufficient to read computer screens, printed documents, and financial data.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10–15 pounds occasionally (e.g., files, office supplies).
- Some travel required to branches and event locations.
Schedule
40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
