Sales / School Admissions Advisor

Roadmaster Drivers School, a Premier National Commercial Truck Driver Training School and a subsidiary of Werner Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a highly motivated, professional Admissions Advisor.

About the Role

As an Admission Advisor, you will communicate with Roadmaster leads and inquiries to enroll interested prospective students into Roadmaster’s Commercial Truck Driver Training Program. You will help individuals improve their lives and income through career training while enjoying a stable and rewarding position with an organization that rewards top performers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students to explain Roadmaster’s mission, goals, and course offerings.
• Enroll students into the Commercial Truck Driver Training Program.
• Maintain professional communication through verbal and non-verbal channels.
• Work in a professional office and school environment.
• Obtain and maintain licensure as required by applicable state regulations.

Requirements

• Previous sales or admissions experience.
• Salesforce® or CRM experience strongly preferred; basic computer skills required.
• High energy with a positive attitude and passion for overcoming challenges.
• Ability to help individuals improve their lives through career training.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and leadership in student enrollment.
• College degree preferred; minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
