What You'll Do
- Drive Winning Proposals: Lead end-to-end management of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring high-quality, accurate, timely submissions. Collaborate with SMEs to develop compelling responses and create tailored executive summaries and value propositions.
- Enable Revenue Growth: Serve as strategic partner to Account Executives and Sales Leadership. Support new business and client retention with customized content and proposals. Develop account-specific messaging aligning solutions with client objectives.
- Customize Sales Content & Presentations: Create customized presentations, executive summaries, ROI frameworks, and solution overviews. Partner with sales teams to tailor demonstrations and narratives to prospect needs and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize Sales Effectiveness: Maintain and improve proposal content libraries and sales enablement resources. Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools for efficiency. Support knowledge sharing across revenue teams.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Conduct win/loss analysis for trends and competitive insights. Track proposal performance and engagement metrics. Provide recommendations for positioning and go-to-market strategies.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years experience in RFP management, proposal writing, product marketing, or sales enablement (preferably B2B SaaS or healthcare IT).
- Ability to manage multiple RFPs under tight deadlines.
- Strong writing skills translating technical products into buyer-relevant language.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with RFP management or AI-assisted tools (e.g., GTM Buddy, Responsive/RFPIO, Loopio, Qvidian, Copilot, ChatGPT).
- Experience in account-based marketing or sales enablement in complex B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM, sales content platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Healthcare, health plan, or healthcare IT background a plus.
- Self-motivated, fast-paced, deadline-oriented.
- Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills.
