As a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant, you will lead your team to drive the success of the property. You are an enthusiastic and creative professional who understands what drives the market and your sales team. You are a people-loving soul, a home-finding helper, and a hero.
Responsibilities
- Love people of all kinds
- Seal the deal with a closing ratio of at least 20%
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
- Act as an inspector: ensure tour routes and models are showcased at their best
- Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
- Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction
- Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written channels
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective, existing residents, and team members
- Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with strong attention to detail
Requirements
- At least two years of transferable experience in customer service
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
- Fun, energetic, and enthusiastic personality
